Terms of use

1. Who we are. Horizon HFT ("Horizon", "we") is a trading-technology project that operates horizonhft.com and its sub-sites, including the portal, feed and partner sites. Contact: support@horizonhft.com.

2. Accepting these terms. By creating an account, buying a product or using our software or data, you agree to these terms and to our Risk disclosure and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Horizon.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and allowed to trade financial products where you live. You are responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to you.

4. Your account. Keep your login details, licence keys and feed credentials private. Do not share, resell or publish them. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@horizonhft.com if you think your account has been misused.

5. Licences and access. When you buy a strategy, package or feed access, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it for the period you paid for, within the limits shown at purchase (for example, the number of servers per licence). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, strategies or data, except where the law expressly allows it.

6. Price feeds. Feed data is provided "as is" for your own trading use only. Do not redistribute it. Availability, latency and coverage can vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Payments, trials and refunds. Prices, billing periods and any trial terms are shown on the product page. The payment method is agreed with you directly before purchase. Payments are non-refundable once a licence or access has been activated. Access ends when a paid period or trial ends, unless it is renewed.

8. Acceptable use. Do not use Horizon to break the law, break a broker's or prop firm's terms, interfere with our systems, probe or attack our servers, or harm other users.

9. No advice, no guarantee. Horizon is a tool. We do not guarantee profits, specific results, uptime or execution quality. Everything is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Horizon is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, broker or prop-firm actions, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, share credentials, fail to pay or put our systems at risk. You can stop using Horizon at any time.

12. Partner programme. Partners who refer customers are also bound by the partner terms shown in the partner portal.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the date below, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use Horizon after a change means you accept it.
