Privacy policy
Who we are. Horizon HFT, a trading-technology project. Contact: support@horizonhft.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and login information.
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, the price, the payment method agreed with you, and your licence and subscription status.
- Technical details for delivering the service:
- the IP addresses you register for feed access or servers;
- licence keys;
- a software heartbeat that tells us a licence is running. It includes the licence key, a hardware identifier of the machine, its IP address and basic app information such as version.
- Support messages you send us.
- Basic website logs kept by our hosting provider, for example IP address, browser and pages visited.
What we do not collect. We do not collect your broker passwords or trading-account passwords, and we do not see your trades unless you send them to us.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account.
- To deliver licences, feeds and software.
- To stop licence sharing and abuse.
- To process payments and partner commissions.
- To provide support.
- To send service messages such as expiry notices or security alerts.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with. Only with service providers who help us run Horizon, and only for that purpose:
- hosting;
- database;
- email;
- payment processing.
We also share it if the law requires us to. We use providers for hosting, database and email. If you pay through a third party, such as a card processor or crypto service, that party handles your payment details under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it. For as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, for records, disputes and legal duties. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by emailing support@horizonhft.com. Some records, such as payment records, may have to be kept for a period.
Security. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Cookies. We use cookies needed to keep you logged in and to run the site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Changes. We may update this policy and will change the date below.
