01What is Horizon AI and who is Nova?
Horizon AI is our AI support for Horizon HFT clients. Nova is the assistant you talk to: a private AI on Telegram that helps with setup, settings and troubleshooting.
02Will Nova place trades or manage my account?
No. Nova never places, closes or changes trades, and it never changes your settings. It explains and guides; you make every change.
03What is agentic trading?
"Agentic trading" means AI software that makes decisions and acts on its own, for example by placing or closing trades on your account. Nova is not that kind of tool: it guides you through setup and settings, and you make every change yourself.
04Is Nova an agentic trading bot?
No. Agentic trading tools act on your account. Nova only guides you, and every decision and every click stays with you.
05Does Nova give financial advice or signals?
No. Nova gives no advice, predictions or signals. It helps with the setup and settings of your Horizon HFT software and the rest of your trading setup.
06Can Nova read my screenshots and logs?
Yes. Send a screenshot or a log file in Telegram and Nova will tell you what it sees and what to check next.
07Can Nova help with MT4/MT5 or cTrader?
Yes. Nova helps with the rest of your trading setup too: MT4 / MT5, cTrader and other platforms, VPS setup, broker connections, and scripts and small tools. It explains and guides; you make every change. Not just Horizon
08What if Nova doesn't know the answer?
It tells you it will check with the Horizon team, and the team gets back to you through Nova.
09How is Nova different from MetaTrader 5's built-in AI?
MetaTrader 5's AI tools work inside the terminal on code and testing. Nova is a private assistant for Horizon HFT: it knows our software, setup and strategies and can hand over to our team.
